Xcina Consulting strengthens Regulatory Compliance services with hire
Xcina Consulting Limited, the provider of business and technology risk assurance and advisory services, is pleased to announce the hire of Lindsey Domingo as Director of Consulting. This is a key step in strengthening its consulting business with a particular focus on regulatory compliance. Lindsey brings 29 years of consulting experience in governance, risk management and compliance, acquired at large international and niche UK consultancies.
George Grey, Managing Director for Business Risk at Xcina Consulting and Co-Head of Xcina Consulting Limited, explains: “Our wealth of experience and over a decade of quality delivery makes us ideal trusted advisors to large and small organisations across a range of industries. Attracting individuals of Lindsey’s calibre to our team is testament to the strength and quality of our proposition and confidence in our capabilities. We offer bespoke solutions to clients that our larger competitors overlook, and we deliver each engagement with an attention to detail and quality that less experienced consultancies cannot match.”
Xcina Consulting has been listening to its clients in banking, insurance, investment and payments sectors, including throughout COVID-19, and is mindful of the business, regulatory and financial pressures some firms have and continue to face. During lockdown, the financial services regulators communicated frequently and proactively, notably about financial and operational resilience and their expectations from firms’ Senior Managers. Although the regulators have been conscious of the need to avoid overburdening firms during this time, regulatory updates remain on the horizon. Xcina Consulting’s approach to Regulatory Services embraces the changing expectations of consultants, focusing on providing tailored experience-led delivery, lasting change, and value for money.
Lindsey Domingo said: “I’m truly excited to be joining Xcina Consulting in these exciting times for the financial services sector. I am really looking forward to help drive the firm on its growth trajectory by supporting our clients on their risk and compliance journey coming out of lockdown.”
